Arts and Crafts Vendors Needed for Christmas in the Village Celebration

Applications for arts and crafts vendors for the Annual “Christmas In The Village” Celebration are now being accepted. The celebration will take place on Friday, December 1, 2017 in the Zachary Historical Village from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. This event will offer a unique shopping opportunity for those looking for Christmas gifts.
Applications are now available at The City of Zachary Utility Office, 4650 Main Street and on-line at www.cityofzachary.org located under News and Events – Vendor Application. All applicants must be the creators of the art or craft displayed. All vendors must provide their own tent, tables, lights and extension cords. Spaces will accommodate a 10’ x 10’ booth. Setup will be outdoors along Florida Street @ Virginia. A total of 25 vendors will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Each vendor will operate as an individual entity and will be responsible for collecting his or her own city and state sales taxes.
A non-refundable $25 fee will be charged per vendor space, and will be donated to the Christmas In The Village Fund, in an effort to enhance the celebration. Deadline for submitting applications is Monday, November 27. After completion, applications may be dropped off at the City of Zachary Utility Office.
