The Zachary Community Farmer’s Market is an open-air market, comprised of a group of area farmers selling fresh produce each Saturday in Downtown Zachary behind Zachary City Hall at the HugYourPeople Park at Lee Street @ Virginia Street, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Over 60 local vendors including craftspeople make a visit to the market on Saturdays to sell handmade crafts,  showcasing local artists and craftsmanship and fresh produce. On the second Saturday of each month, the Zachary Cars and Coffee Club offer an open car show displaying vintage cars, trucks, and motorcycles. If you are interested in showing your classic car, this group encourages you to come out and showcase.

1 mile fun run/walk - 8:00am

5K run/walk - 8:30am

Come and join us for the 5th annual Bunny Hop 1 mile fun run and 5K hosted by The Rotary Club of Zachary.  The race will start and finish near the gazebo in Downtown Zachary (4630 VirginiaStreet, Zachary). 

5K Race Route 

Start in front of Virginia Street Snowballs, take a right on Lee Street, down to Old Baker Road, dogleg to Chestnut Street to 39th Street.

Left on 39th Street to N Cedar, left on Cedar and then left on Hemlock.  Continue straight across 39th Street around to Karen Elizabeth and then back to 39th Street.  

Then retrace the route to Chestnut Street, Old Baker Road, Lee Street and finish back at the starting point in front on Virginia Street Snowballs.
