What Projects Require a Permit at My Residence?
Permits are required for fences, accessory buildings (attached or detached), swimming pools, generators, new roofs, roof replacement and outdoor kitchens.
What Projects Do Not Require a Permit?
Permits are not required for decks, aluminum patio covers, above-ground swimming pools, and pre-fabricated buildings.
