The City of Zachary is accepting proposals for the potential lease of the historic Zachary Old Town Hall property for retail use. The proposed lease term is two years. The building is located at the corner of Florida Street and Virginia Street in downtown Zachary.

Interested parties must submit written proposals to Zachary City Hall, 4700 Main Street, Zachary, Louisiana, no later than 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Prospective tenants may schedule a tour of the Old Town Hall between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, from June 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026.
