City of Zachary Observes New Years Holiday and Announces Live Christmas Tree Pickup

All City of Zachary Governmental Administrative Offices, including City Court, will close on Monday, January 2nd, in observance of the New Year holiday.

Waste Depot Trucking, which the City of Zachary has contracted to pick up bulk waste, will collect live discarded Christmas Trees on their customarily scheduled bulk waste collection day. As a reminder, residents who reside north of Main Street/LA 64 will receive service on the first and third Mondays of each month. Residents who live south of Main/LA 64 will receive service on the first and third Tuesdays.
